Interior and Exterior renovation, this house has it all. Starting outside; with a natural stone veneer and traditional board and batten wood siding, new painted windows and a fibreglass front entry door. 

For the interior; a shiplap fireplace was added to the master bedroom and a stone fireplace for the living room. New doors, trim and cork backed vinyl plank. A custom wormy, curly maple mantle that we left visible maple tap holes on which the client loved! The gorgeous white shaker kitchen in thermofoil, complete with custom corian perimeter. A granite and laminate wood island, that is back lit, really creates a nice glow at night. Combine some custom furniture pieces from Warehouse 74 and you’ve got the perfect space.
